8 Weeks 1:1 Coaching Sessions


Hello! If you landed on this page, you might be interested in further developing your skills in UX: whether you wish to explore UX in more details through an accelerated bootcamp or to develop your UX Portfolio, I hope I can help you in achieving your career goals. To do so, you need to be committed to your learning objectives, understand your current skills and set realistic goals.


This program is designed to adapt to your needs, running through 8 weeks of nine 1:1 coaching sessions, where we'll define and implement your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and regularly check your progress. In-between each sessions, you will work at your tasks and micro-task, setting a focused time to do so, without distractions. You will receive support from our Slack channel, Facebook group or by email, and ask your urgent questions, or for a feedback, to help you complete your weekly work.


Before committing to this program, however, I need you to fill the following survey, where you can start reflecting about your goals and time-table. Once I receive your form, I will invite you to a 15 mins call to assess whether the coaching program is right for you or not. Why? I don't want you to register, pay the fee and not being able to commit and reach your goals, while other routes might be a better fit to your current situation.

WEEK 01 - 50 mins

· 2nd coaching session to revise and discuss your Individual Learning Plan (ILP). 

· Set your project’s milestones.

· Set up your 1st week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 1st week goal.


WEEK 02 - 25 mins

· 3rd week coaching session to assess your work and 1st week goal.

· Set up 2nd week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 2nd week goal.


WEEK 03 - 25 mins

· 4th week coaching session to assess your work and 3rd week goal.

· Set up 4th week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 4th week goal.


WEEK 04 - 50 mins

· 5th week coaching session to assess your work and 4th week goal.

· Revise your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and project’s milestones.

· Set up 5th week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 5th week goal.


WEEK 05 - 25 mins

· 6th week coaching session to assess your work and 4th week goal.

· Set up 5th week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 6th week goal.


WEEK 06 - 25 mins

· 7th week coaching session to assess your work and 6th week goal.

· Set up 7th week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 7th week goal.


WEEK 07 - 50 mins

· 8th week coaching session to assess your work and 7th week goal.

· Revise your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and project’s milestones.

· Set up 8th week goal.

· Answer your questions and give you guidance on how to refine your skills and achieve your 8th week goal.


WEEK 08: Closing session - 25 mins

· 9th Wrap-up coaching session to define your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) achievements and progress.

Review of your projects and further guidance on the next steps to take.

About the tutor


Hello! My name is Natalie Massone and  I am a UX/UI Design Lead, a certified trainer in the lifelong sector (RQF, L3), and the founder of Hoppipop! Design Studio.


During my career, I could work from start-ups to corporate environments, where I could mentor teams of designers, as well working with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Development and Marketing, improving the usability of their products and creating smoother omnichannel user experiences for their customers.

Frequently Asked Questions


Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?


Unfortunately, coaching sessions are NOT refundable. Because we take the in-take process very seriously, we want to make sure that the program is the right for you before you make any payment. If you can't commit to regular meetings for over a period of 8 weeks, we don't recommend you start the the process.


IMPORTANT CLAUSES: 

All purchased coaching sessions must be used within a certain time after purchase: booking must happen during the introductory call. We can’t guarantee last-minute changes due to other customers reservations.

In exceptional cases only, and upon availability, a booking can be postponed to a later, or earlier date/time.

Booking your sessions in a coherent way is essential to give consistency to your coaching journey.


How do I schedule my appointment?


After you fill and send over your Inquiry form, you'll receive an email with further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. Appointments take place online, via Skype, Zoom or Google Meet during the following hours:


Monday - Friday:

18:30 pm -21:30 pm (GMT)

Saturday:

09:30 am-12:30 am (GMT)


The first call lasts 15 mins and it is important to assess if the coaching program is a good fit for your needs. If you are committed to work toward your Learning Goal, we will fix a regular schedule for your weekly calls and you will receive the link where to make your payment.

During the first session, we will discuss your goals, skills, strengths and weaknesses, in order to define your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and focus on the actions you need to take to move forward.


Can I purchase coaching more than once?


Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching session again.You can visit the Coaching page to learn more about 1:1 sessions.
